1. Register and pay by putting registration forms and payment in large envelope in church collection basket at Mass.
2. PAY by CHECK Submit tuition  via check payable to Prince of Peace Catholic Church and bring to the Parish Office, or place in the drop box located by the Education Center door , or mail to Prince of Peace Catholic Church 5300 Green Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48323.  ATTN: Faith Formation
3. All tuition and fees payments must be received by August 15, 2021  if you are concerned about paying faith formation tution and fees please contact Fr. Ron to discuss this matter. 
4. REFUNDS 85% of the per student costs in our Family Faith Formation programs are subsidized by the parish budget; as such, there are no tuition refunds after classes have begun.

NEW Enrollment  If you are enrolling a child for the first time in our program it is necessary to bring their original Baptismal  certificate. 
We will make a copy and return the original to you.
 



Faith Formation Family Days

2020-21 Family Faith Formation includes weekly at-home sessions for children and 3 Faith Formation Family Days for the entire family. 

2021-22 Family Faith Formation Tuition 

Families registered at Prince of Peace Catholic Church
             Students in Grades 1-8 – $140
             Sacrament fees are included in tuition.

Families registered at another Catholic Parish
             Students in Grades 1-8 – $200
             Sacrament fees are included in tuition.
